Mr. Emil Jude Roell

Emil Jude Roell, 64, of Apopka, Florida passed away on April 30, 2024. Mr. Roell was born on January 17, 1960 to Oscar Dennis Roell and Josephine Elizabeth Petesen in Mount Kisco, New York. He is preceded in death by his loving wife Cynthia Denise Roell. He is survived by his children Timothy Barnwell (Tonya Leslie), Justin Roell (Christy Peine), Jacob (Elizabeth) Roell and Joshua (Heather) Roell; grandchildren Chloe (Mason) Lanphar, Emily Barnwell (Megan Dugan), Madelyn Roell, Collin Roell and Olivia Roell; great grandchildren Kade VanValkenburg, Ryah VanValkenburg, Layla VanValkenburg, Leo Rodriguez and Layla Burgess; as well as brothers Eric Roell and Allen Roell. Emil served for six years in the U.S. Navy. He was stationed in Virginia Beach, where he met his wife Cindy of 42 years. Emil was not only a father to four sons, but he was known as a neighborhood dad. When his boys would bring friends home who needed a place to stay or words of fatherly advice, he welcomed them into his home without question. Emil enjoyed fishing, living in the country, family camping trips and was a proud Republican. He leaves his family in human form, but his spirit will forever be carried on through his legacy.
