F. ALBERT HOWELL, 82, of Apopka, passed away Wednesday, July 17, 2013. He was born January 22, 1931 and raised in Tampa, FL. He was an Ordinance Engineer for Lockheed Martin for over 30 years and a veteran of the US Navy. Mr. Howell is survived by his loving wife of 61 years, Thelma; children, Alan (Karen) Howell, Victoria (Barbara) Howell, Laura (Donald) Ramsey and Gary (Lisa) Howell; brother, Kent (Nancy) Howell; 8 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
