Francis (Frank) Stephen Donnelly, 54, of Sorrento, Florida passed away on August 30, 2019. Mr. Donnelly was born on July 31, 1965 in Jacksonville, Florida. He is survived by his children Stephen, and Betsy Felske; step-children Jake Davis, Lisa Johnson, Josh Collins and Matt Collins; sister Penny Murphy; 19 grandchildren and his grand dog Marlo. He will be missed by his many loved ones and friends.
