Frank J. Copeland, 89, of Apopka, Florida, passed away December 24, 2016. Mr. Copeland was born November 16, 1927 in Maitland, WV. He was a Mechanic. Mr. Copeland is survived by his loving wife Jo Anne Copeland of Apopka; children Shawn Copeland and Dirk Copeland; 2 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren.
