Frank L Anderson Jr. died on Tuesday, February 14, 2023. Frank was born in Gastonia, North Carolina on November 4, 1945, son of the late Frank L Anderson and Mary Aileen Anderson. Frank was a 32 degree Mason, Bahai Shriner, President of Anderson Can Line and Fabrication Equipment, Inc. for 53 years, Owner and Operator of the Florida Force drag racing Association along side his beloved brother Jon Anderson, member of the Loyal Order of Moose, member of the Apopka Sertoma Club, member of the Fraternal order of the Eagles and Fraternal Order of Orioles. He is survived by his brother Jon Anderson, his sister Maya Coffey, his nephews Chris Vinson, Jon Anderson Jr, Steven Anderson and Mitchell Anderson, along with many other loving family members.
This heritage started 67 years ago with Pastor Herbert F. Loomis, who founded the First Baptist Church of Daytona Beach, Florida, in 1934. In 1938 Francis E. Loomis, son of Pastor Herbert F. Loomis, received his license to practice Mortuary Science and in 1941 established Loomis Funeral Home of Winter Garden, FL.

I just ran across Frank’s obituary today. A year late, but my condolences. I was their ‘it girl’ in the early 80’s. I was the secretary for ACLFE. (Anderson’s Can Line Fabrication Equipment).
