Mr. Frank Ralph Miller

Frank R. Miller, 87, of Mount Dora, Florida, passed away on March 07, 2021. Frank was born on September 07, 1933 in Winsted, Connecticut. He is preceded in death by his loving wife Louise Miller and his parents. He is survived by his 2 sons Ralph F. (Lori Caye “Binky”) Miller and Carl (Shirley) Miller; 5 grandchildren Christy, Ralph (Phillip), Michael, Jeremy and Kara as well as 6 great grandchildren. Frank retired from the City of Orlando after 39 years, after retiring he built a beautiful home in the mountains of Tennessee. Then eventually moved back to Florida. He was a member of the Elks Lodge in Eustis and volunteered to help when he could. Frank will be deeply missed by his family and friends.
