To Brother Frank, You have been, and will remain, a lifelong friend! Let me count the qualities…great conversation, intelligence and wisdom, compassion, loyalty, and very contagious humor. It was always a pleasure and an honor, to go through life and share that "Spark". The "Cactus Dawg Patch" in Tucson has surely been missing you…God Bless!!! Love Dan, Patti, and "Kizzy" XXXOOO

I was fortunate to have been able to work with Frank on several projects at Martin Marietta/Lockheed Martin. He was a brilliant mechanical design engineer with the unique talent of being able to arrive at solutions to impossible requirements. His specialty when working with me was in the area of all aspects of radar electronic packaging. I am truly grieved at hearing of his passing and my blessings go out to his family and friends as I know he will be missed deeply.God BlessLynn Guthrie, Retired LM engineer
