Fredrick Todd Olson passed away peacefully on May 29, 2023. Todd was born in Moline, Illinois, on September 07, 1948, but spent most of his early life in Virginia Hills. His lifelong passions were cars, boats, fishing, antique riflery, and golf. In keeping with a strong military family history, he served in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War era. He has lived in Florida for the past 25 years with his wife Priscilla, and his many adopted critters.
Many in Apopka may remember Todd delivering car parts (and fishing stories) after he retired from his career as a specialty car mechanic in Northern Virginia. He led several race car teams, always modifying engines to go faster.
Todd is survived by his loving wife Priscilla Lynn, his mother Martha Freden Olson, his sister Joy Olson Viau; his dear in-laws Katheen and Noel; and his loving nieces and nephews, Rick Olson, Elena Bolling, Jeanine Viau and Johanna Lawson; as well as five grand nieces.
Todd will be forever in our hearts and gentle our minds.

Todd was my cousin and one of my best friends ever, a couple of my favorite memories follow. First, besides Todd’s humans, he also loved his cat “daughter” named “WeldCat”. Second, his Superbike in the out garage, wow, a 2005?ish Honda XX Blackbird. Love you and miss ya brother, ride on; I’ll see you and WeldCat when I get there.

So long comrade!
