Gabriel Anthony DiRocco, 69, of Apopka, Florida passed away on August 28, 2023. Mr. DiRocco was born on August 16, 1954 in Mount Holly, New Jersey. He is preceded in death by his brothers Anthony DiRocco and Michael DiRocco. He is survived by his daughter Sarah A. Ventry; siblings Deborah Day, Laurie Braun, Cheryle Schnack, Louis DiRocco and Chris DiRocco as well as a granddaughter on the way. He will be missed by his many loved ones and friends.
This heritage started 67 years ago with Pastor Herbert F. Loomis, who founded the First Baptist Church of Daytona Beach, Florida, in 1934. In 1938 Francis E. Loomis, son of Pastor Herbert F. Loomis, received his license to practice Mortuary Science and in 1941 established Loomis Funeral Home of Winter Garden, FL.
