George Allen Guyot, known to friends as “Allen,” passed away on July 1st, 2020, at the age of 72. Raised in St. Louis, Missouri, Allen graduated from Meramec Community College with a degree in Architecture. After the call to serve in the United States Army, Allen toured the country leading and playing with the musical show bands The Ripple Effect, Hot Spice, and Sounds Familiar alongside friend Tom Horner. In 1978, he came off the road and settled into St. Petersburg, FL, as a piano and organ salesman. Allen continued with his entrepreneurial spirit in 1989, relocating to Longwood FL, where throughout the years, he successfully created successful business ventures spanning several Industries. Most recently, Allen utilized his love for music to develop a player piano video software alongside his long time friend and business partner Paul Williams. Allen is survived by his loving wife Bebe, his sons Mark (Michelle) and Chad (Shannon), Daughter Destiny (Eric), and four Grandchildren Skyler, Braden, Adrien, and Ava. Nephew Jim Guyot, Niece Cindy Dressler, Aunt Betty Jones, and Cousin Connie and Frank Virgadamo.
A Celebration of Allen’s life will be held at 10:00 am, on Thursday, July 9th, at the Loomis Funeral Home, 420 West Main Street, Apopka, FL 32712. Service begins at 11:00 am.

Allen will be laid to rest at Cape Canaveral National Cemetery, 5525 US-1 N, Mims, FL 32754.
