George Lester Peters Jr., 66, of Ocoee, Florida passed away on October 15, 2022. Mr. Peters Jr. was born on January 19, 1956 in Carlisle, Pennsylvania. Mr. Peters Jr is preceded in death by his father George Peters Sr.; as well as his brother Charles Peters. He is survived by his loving wife Tina Peters; mother Loretta Peters; children Nicole Bomia and Samantha Bomia; grandchildren Zachary Bomia, Brett Bomia and Breanna Bomia; great grandchild Alaina Bomia; mother-in-law Carol Miller; sister-in-law Lacey Peters; aunts Vicki Partida and Lynda Lockhard; as well as many nieces, nephews and cousins. He will be missed by his many loved ones and friends.

This heritage started 67 years ago with Pastor Herbert F. Loomis, who founded the First Baptist Church of Daytona Beach, Florida, in 1934. In 1938 Francis E. Loomis, son of Pastor Herbert F. Loomis, received his license to practice Mortuary Science and in 1941 established Loomis Funeral Home of Winter Garden, FL.
