Haskel T. Carter, 73, of Sorrento, Florida passed away on April 20, 2018. Mr. Carter was born on December 05, 1944 in Kingsport, Tennessee. He was preceded in death by his parents William and Ollie Carter. Mr. Carter is survived by his loving wife Martha Carter; children April (James King) Carter Hooten, Monica Carter, Jeremy West, Austin (Brianna) West and Tina B. West; 6 siblings; grandchildren David Hooten and Cayson West. He will be missed by his many loved ones and friends.
