Herbert Fay Owens, 81, of Apopka, passed away Wednesday, October 09, 2013. He was born July 19, 1932 in Geneva, AL. He was a Plasterer, 50 year member of the Florida Local 1 Union and a veteran of the USMC. Mr. Owens is survived by his loving wife, Frances Owens; sons, Bo “Anna” Owens, Gary “Ilyn” Owens and Randall “Teresa” Owens; niece, Sara Hicks; nephews, Terry, Larry and Danny Hicks; 9 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
