James E. Sheer, 73, of Apopka, Florida, passed away August 12, 2016. Mr. Sheer was born August 17, 1942 in Dayton, OH. He was a Project Manager in the Construction Industry. Mr. Sheer is survived by his wife Melanie Sheer of Apopka; children Connie (David) Dooley of OH, Scott Sheer of OH, Kari (Johnny) Flores of Apopka, Nathan (Brandy) Combs of Apopka; sister Carol Sheer of OH; 6 grandchildren.
