James “Ed” Edwin Phillips Sr., 83, of Winter Garden, Florida, passed away June 04, 2020. He was born October 23, 1936 in Oglethorpe, Georgia. Mr. Phillips is preceded in death by his wife Vivian Phillips; son Kelly M. Phillips; and sisters Ila Jane Wyrick and Peggy J. Cotton. He is survived by his children Debbie L. (David) Wilson, James E. (Leveta) Phillips, and Shannon R. Phillips; spouse Marian Coleman Eshbaugh; sister Barbara J. (Tommy) Cotton; 8 grandchildren James, Stephanie, Quinn, Emily, Rebecca, Kellie, Danielle and Jared; and 4 great grandchildren Eli, Vivian, William and Luke.
