Mr. James Lee Russell

James Lee Russell, 90, of Apopka, Florida passed away on June 20, 2018.  He was born on January 30, 1928 in Johnson City, Tennessee.  Mr. Russell attended High School in Johnson City, Tennessee.  Veteran of the US Navy who served during WWII, he attended Pasadena City College for Electronics and Seminole City College for Refrigeration.  He retired from Orlando Refrigeration in 1993.  Mr. Russell is preceded in death by his wife Lucille Russell, parents Joe Russell and Pearl E. Proffitt- Russell, siblings Joseph Russell and Julia Brooke; He is survived by his step- children James Milligan, Patricia Ledford, Billy Milligan, Brenda Milligan and Barbara Kreul; many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
