Jesus David Silva Gonzalez, 50, of Deltona, passed away Sunday, September 08, 2013. He was born April 17, 1963 in Humacao, Puerto Rico and moved to Central Florida 23 years ago from Chicago, IL. Jesus was a Real Estate Agent and a Christian. Mr. Silva Gonzalez is survived by his mother, Luz Gonzalez Silva; children, Jason, Giovanni, Julianna, Tanya and Jordan Silva; sister, Angeles (Kevin) Silva-Johnson of APOPKA; 5 grandchildren.
This heritage started 67 years ago with Pastor Herbert F. Loomis, who founded the First Baptist Church of Daytona Beach, Florida, in 1934. In 1938 Francis E. Loomis, son of Pastor Herbert F. Loomis, received his license to practice Mortuary Science and in 1941 established Loomis Funeral Home of Winter Garden, FL.
