Mr. Jimmie Benson Lawson

Jimmie Benson Lawson Sr., 69, of Sorrento, Florida, passed away October 20, 2019. He was born March 25, 1950 in Seco, Kentucky. Jimmie and Betty rode the bus together as kids, where he would always save her a seat, they were High School Sweethearts. Mr. Lawson owned and operated a chicken farm for 19 years and his nursery for 32 years. He was always a hardworking, dedicated man who loved playing pranks on the family, fishing, going to the Flea Market and playing his Harmonica. Mr. Lawson is preceded in death by his son Jimmie Lawson Jr.. He is survived by his loving wife Betty Lawson; son Danny (Wife Lisa) Lawson; grandchildren Victoria, Britney, Abigail, Alisa and Ruby; and great-grandchildren Mahoganii, Myles and Atlas. He will be missed dearly.
