Joe H. McKinney, 73, of Apopka, passed away Thursday, October 16, 2014. He was born October 23, 1940 in Elizabethton, Tennessee. He was a Supervisor for the Clerk of Courts in Dade County. Mr. McKinney is survived by his sister, Judy M. Mears of Apopka.
