Joe Wayne Quails, 75, of Apopka, Florida, passed away April 12, 2016. Mr. Quails was born November 20, 1940 in Russellville, AL. He was an Exterminator. Mr. Quails is survived by his son Ronald Quails of Apopka, and daughter Shari Hepp of Ocoee; siblings James Quails of UT and Linda Ferguson of Gainesville; 5 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren.
