John was the first of six children born in Hawthorne, NJ on November 21, 1928 of Alexander and Mary Demianenko and moved to Detroit,MI soon after he was born in the Russian culture and enjoyed many of the traditions including Russian dancing and Russian Christmas. In Detroit, he met his wife Josephine Donovan at a motors assembly plant in Detroit. They married in September of 1951 and together raised a family of three; Alex, Patrick, and Annie in Warren, MI. John was active in the Knights Of Columbus where he was secretary to Lake Panasoffkee, FL retired from the state of Florida. While in Florida John was an active member of the Loyal Order of Moose where he and his wife actively volunteered in the community events as well as the Catholic Church and supporting the Knights Of Columbus as well. He loved to play bingo and go to the casinos, he also enjoyed golfing, fishing, and sports events in general and most of all always having fun. John was in the Army in 1951 to 1953, and he had an honorable discharge. He is preceded in death by his parents Alexander John and Mary Demianenko; loving wife Josephine Demianenko; son Alex John Demianenko; daughter Kerry Ann Demianenko; brother Nicholas Demianenko; and sister Joanne Tercha. Mr. John Alex is survived by his children Patrick (Christine Miller) Demianenko, daughter Ann (Edward) Johnson; daughter in law Jeanne Demianenko; sister Eva Boeshko and Family, sister Margaret Seaford and Family, sister Lucille Urban and Family; grandchildren Tina (Leonard) Farr, Erin (Jared) Patten, Alex Demianenko, Christine (William IV) Tinsley, Shawn (Anarely) Demianenko, Rebecca (Joshua) Burns, Matthew Demianenko, Christopher (Melissa) Johnson, Joshua (Brandi) Abeyta, David (Morgan) Miller, Johnny (Jennifer) Demianenko, and Edward Johnson Jr.; great grandchildren Sophie Farr, Alexis Farr, Rachel Farr, Lennie Far, Ella Demianenko, Noel Demianenko, Reagan Patten, Wendy Tinsley, William V Tinsley, Lana Demianenko, Mathias Dexter Demianenko, Jacob Wren, Nathan Johnson, Christopher Johnson Jr., Madison Heers, Taylor Heers, Aubrey Jackson, and Ava Jackson.
