Mr. Montes is survived by his loving wife Natividad Montes of Orlando; children Ferdinand Montes of Las Vegas, NV, Josefer Montes of Wala Wala, WA and Jonathan Montes of Calhoun, GA; brother Luis Angel Montes of Puerto Rico; and grandchildren Lindsey Montes, Aimee Montes, Kaiya Montes, Camden Montes, Jonah Montes, and Cora Montes.
