Mr. Rodriguez is survived by his wife Carmen of Apopka; children Edna of Apopka, Edwin of Puerto Rico and Jose of Puerto Rico; siblings Josefina Velazquez, Brandon, FL, Tono Rodriguez, Puerto Rico, Noel Rodriguez, Puerto Rico, Noelia Rodriguez, Puerto Rico, 10 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren.
