Joseph Otha Lambert, 92, of Zellwood, Florida, passed away September 19, 2017. He was born February 07, 1925 in El Paso, Texas. Mr. Lambert worked in Interior Parks and Recreations for the U.S. Government. He is survived by his loving wife Ila Lambert. Mr. Lambert will be missed by his loved ones and friends.
