Mr. Pennacchio is survived by his loving wife Helen Pennacchio; children Salvatore (Jennifer) Pennacchio; Siblings Nino Pennacchio, Vittorio Pennacchio and Angela Pennacchio Goviale; grandchild Madelyn as well as many beloved nieces and nephews.
