LUIS MANUEL MALDONADO, 81, of Orlando, passed away Saturday, August 31, 2013. He was born February 06, 1932 in Utuado, Puerto Rico and moved to Central Florida over 18 years ago. He was a veteran of the US Army. Mr. Maldonado is survived by his brother, Ruben Maldonado of Orlando.
This heritage started 67 years ago with Pastor Herbert F. Loomis, who founded the First Baptist Church of Daytona Beach, Florida, in 1934. In 1938 Francis E. Loomis, son of Pastor Herbert F.
