Luis Parra, 73, of Union City, New Jersey, passed away August 14, 2015. Mr. Parra was born April 22, 1942 in Camaguey, Cuba. He was a Cook in the Restaurant Industry. He is survived by his loving daughter Marilyn Vigoreaux of Apopka, FL; grandchildren Alejandro Vigoreaux Jr., Alexandra Vigoreaux, Angel Y. Vigoreaux, Karen E. Vigoreaux, Marjorie Y. Espinoza and Edwin W. Espinoza.
