Michael G. Tulli, 86, of Apopka, Florida, passed away Saturday, November 22, 2014. He was born October 08, 1928 in New York City, NY. Mr. Tulli was a Restaurant Owner. He is preceded in death by his son John Tulli. Mr. Tulli is survived by his wife Caroline Tulli; children Rebecca (George) Capaz, Tampa, FL, Jerry Tulli, NY, Janean (Ron) Anderson, Apopka, FL; sister Eleanor Casazza, NY; grandchildren Jennifer Zabatta, Allison Maker, Monique Tulli, Jacob Miller, Xavier Miller, Caleb Miller; nephews Frederick Martoni, Apopka, FL, and Cesar Velez, NY; niece Tiffany Rodriguez, TX; six great grandchildren.
This heritage started 67 years ago with Pastor Herbert F. Loomis, who founded the First Baptist Church of Daytona Beach, Florida, in 1934. In 1938 Francis E. Loomis, son of Pastor Herbert F. Loomis, received his license to practice Mortuary Science and in 1941 established Loomis Funeral Home of Winter Garden, FL.
