He is survived by his wife Angela Christine Vachunek; children Krystle Vachunek, Damian Vachunek, Samantha Vachunek and Hannah Vachunek; siblings Bethany Vachunek, Robert Vachunek, Kimberly Welch and Amy Vachunek; 1 grandchild.
