Oscar J. Hogan, 75 of Apopka, Florida, passed away June 5, 2016. Mr. Hogan was born August 30, 1940 in LaGrange, Georgia. He is survived by his wife Grace Hogan of Apopka, FL; children David Hogan, Gail Smallwood, Tina Smallwood and Lisa Smallwood; 5 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
