Otis Smith, Sr., 89 of Apopka, Florida passed away July 19, 2016. Mr. Smith was born January 21, 1927 in Robertsdale, Alabama. He was a Lineman in the Electric Industry. Mr. Smith is survived by his loving wife Betty Smith of Apopka, FL; children Donna Brown, Shirley Howell, Sheila Mulligan, Otis Smith, Jr. and Cecil R. Smith; brother William Bryars; 13 grandchildren, 19 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren.
