Rafael Tizcareno Villagran, 59, of Apopka, Florida passed away on April 22, 2023. Mr. Tizcareno Villagran was born on January 19, 1964 in Mexico City, Mexico. Mr. Tizcareno Villagran is survived by his loving wife Maria Del Carmen Tizcareno; children Ezequiel (Jessica Garcia Lopez) Tizcareno Morua, Luis Roberto Tizcareno Morua and Yoko Tizcareno Morua; brother Luis Enrique Tizcareno Villagron; as well as his grandchildren Migel Honorato Jr., Alan Rodas, Brayan Rodas, Adam Rodas, Antonio Morales, Ezequiel Tizcareno Jr and Daniel Tizcareno. He will be missed by his many loved ones and friends.
