Ralph Perez, 79, of Apopka, Florida passed away on June 26, 2023. Mr. Perez was born on February 16, 1944 in the Bronx, New York. He was preceded in death by his son Abriam L. Perez. Mr. Perez is survived by his children Christopher Bruno, Hiram Perez and Joshua Perez; 11 grandchildren; as well as extended family, loved ones and friends.
This heritage started 67 years ago with Pastor Herbert F. Loomis, who founded the First Baptist Church of Daytona Beach, Florida, in 1934. In 1938 Francis E. Loomis, son of Pastor Herbert F. Loomis, received his license to practice Mortuary Science and in 1941 established Loomis Funeral Home of Winter Garden, FL.

Although it had been many years I hadn’t seen Ralphy, he will live in my memory. I had the honor of knowing him & also enjoyed the many stories he shared with me, when I was a toddler & visited me with our dad, a young adult along the siblings. To his children, siblings, nieces, nephews, grandchildren & friends my sincerest condolences. May God tenderly comfort the family with peace and strength to endure this loss. His peace overflow in the days to come.
