Randy Scott Phillips, age 48, passed away on Friday, September 27, 2013. Born on January 11, 1965 in Orlando, he was a lifelong resident of Orlando and Lockhart. Randy will be greatly missed! He is survived by his wife, Tabitha Phillips; mother and stepfather, Gloria and Vance Smith; daughters, Courtney Phillips-Estrada and Lindsey Watson; sons, Brandon and Christopher Phillips; stepchildren, Tiffany and Travis Towner; sister, Shelly Phillips Roberts; brother, Ryan Phillips; stepsister, Sherrie Heyser; grandchildren, McKenzie Phillips, Lukas Estrada, Victoria Phillips, and Jace Phillips; along with numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. A Celebration of his life will be held on Sunday, September 29, 2013 at 3:00 PM at 6501 Bywood Road, Orlando, FL 32810.
