Ray Phillips, 84, of Winter Garden, Florida passed away on August 02, 2021. Mr. Phillips was born on April 03, 1937 in Samson, Alabama. He is preceded in death by his parents Granny and Pa; wife Carolyn Phillips; children Douglas Phillips and Rex Phillips Sr. and siblings Othel Phillips and Doris Mott. Mr. Phillips is survived by his children Shelly (Kirstopher Clark) Green; grandchildren Rex (Anya) Phillips, Lindsey Mort, April Meeks, David Green, Lillian Green, Jillian Green and Vivian Green as well as 8 great grandchildren.
