Richard H. Ripberger, 78 of Fowler, Indiana, passed away May 1, 2016. Mr. Ripberger was born February 15, 1938 in Tipton, Indiana. He was a Plant Manager in the Food Service. Mr. Ripberger is survived by his loving wife Carolyn Ripberger of Fowler Indiana.
This heritage started 67 years ago with Pastor Herbert F. Loomis, who founded the First Baptist Church of Daytona Beach, Florida, in 1934. In 1938 Francis E. Loomis, son of Pastor Herbert F.
