Robert Byron Ellis, Sr., 66, of Apopka, passed away Tuesday, September 03, 2013. He was born May 15, 1947 in Houston, TX. Mr. Ellis is survived by his loving wife, Virginia Ellis; children, Robert Ellis, Jr., Kathleen Tallent and Beth Soloe; brothers, William B. and Brock Ellis; sister, Bronwyn Ellis; 10 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. Open house reception at the home of Virginia Ellis, Sunday, Sept. 8th at 3 PM. Memorial Services to be held on Sept. 14 at New Covenant Untied Methodist Church, 14514 Lucia Riverbend Hwy., Mt. Holly, NC 28120.
