Ronald Acree, 75, of Apopka, passed away Sunday, April 27, 2014. He was born December 01, 1938 in Bartow, FL. He was an Assistant Principal for the Orange County School Board for 38 years. Mr. Acree is survived by his loving wife, Bunny Acree of Apopka; son, Rick Acree; daughter, Teri Acree; three grandchildren, Hannah Acree, Coleson Acree and Chloe Acree.
This heritage started 67 years ago with Pastor Herbert F. Loomis, who founded the First Baptist Church of Daytona Beach, Florida, in 1934. In 1938 Francis E. Loomis, son of Pastor Herbert F. Loomis, received his license to practice Mortuary Science and in 1941 established Loomis Funeral Home of Winter Garden, FL.

Dear Rick, I was so sad to hear about your dad… Mr.Acree was a great man.. Even if every time I walked into his office he'd say, "What now Melanie??"" "What kind of trouble have you caused now.." LOL My dad passed the day after your dad.. So if anyone understands the whole in your heart…I do.. But in the Bible it tells us to pray one for another that we might be healed…So today and for eveyday after, as my heart hurts for my dad, I will remember to pray for you and your family that God will heal your hearts.
