Ruben Santiago-Perez, 69 of Apopka, Florida, passed away January 14, 2016. Mr. Santiago-Perez was born May 9, 1946 in Coamo, Puerto Rico. He is survived by his loving wife Irma Melendez of Apopka, FL; children Irma Santiago (Stephen Schloneger), Lisandra Santiago (Omar Collazo); brothers Luis Santiago and Tomas Santiago; 4 grandchildren.
