Russell William Bailey “Rusty”, 66, of Eustis, Florida passed away on November 22, 2023. Mr. Bailey was born on July 25, 1957 in Miami, Florida. He is survived by his loving wife Jackie Bailey; children Tayna Spears, Waymond (Connie) Spears, Jackie Fidler and Martin Fidler; siblings Michael Bailey, Jo Shives, Tab Grant, Donnie Bailey, Teresa Grant and Shelley Corey; grandchildren Kristen, Corie, Bryan, Justin, Kaley, and Kenzi. As well as great-grandchildren, loved ones and friends.
This heritage started 67 years ago with Pastor Herbert F. Loomis, who founded the First Baptist Church of Daytona Beach, Florida, in 1934. In 1938 Francis E. Loomis, son of Pastor Herbert F. Loomis, received his license to practice Mortuary Science and in 1941 established Loomis Funeral Home of Winter Garden, FL.
