Salvador C. Cereno, 84, of Apopka, Florida passed away on February 14, 2022. Mr. Cereno was born on November 09, 1937 in Ilocos Sur, Philippines. Mr. Cereno is preceded in death by his loving wife Feliza Cereno. He is survived by his children Red Cereno and Karmin (Adams) Cereno Ericksen; siblings Priscilla Cereno Cabanit and Renato Cereno; grandchildren Finn Eriksen and Matilda Ericksen; as well as his cherished church family, loved ones and friends.
This heritage started 67 years ago with Pastor Herbert F. Loomis, who founded the First Baptist Church of Daytona Beach, Florida, in 1934. In 1938 Francis E. Loomis, son of Pastor Herbert F. Loomis, received his license to practice Mortuary Science and in 1941 established Loomis Funeral Home of Winter Garden, FL.
