Steven Brian Spurlin, 59, of Apopka, Florida passed away on March 18, 2020. Mr. Spurlin was born on November 19, 1960 to Estel L. and Nancy M. Spurlin. He grew up in Longwood, Florida then moved to Apopka in the early 90’s. He was a fun, loving person who will be missed by his many loved ones and friends.
