Sydney J. Payne, 90, of Zellwood, Florida, passed away June 24, 2017. He was born May 01, 1927 in Trinidad and Tobago to Clement Payne, and Alexandrina Williams. Mr. Payne is survived by his children Renwick Payne, Ian Payne, Garnet Payne, Linton Payne; siblings Ruth Skinner, Victor Payne.
