William Earl Davis, age 57, of Dexter, MO, passed away on Tuesday, May 28, 2013. Born on March 06, 1956 in Columbia, SC, he worked in construction and did small engine repair. He enjoyed fishing, shooting pool, picking guitar, and working on lawn mowers.
Mr. Davis is survived by his brothers, Tommy and Frank Davis; nieces, Tina, Renee, and Amanda; and nephews, Henry, G.R., Jeff, Michael, Billy, and Jame. Graveside service will be held on Saturday, June 08, 2013 at Winter Garden Cemetery 12636 Lake Butler Drive, Winter Garden, FL 34787.
This heritage started 67 years ago with Pastor Herbert F. Loomis, who founded the First Baptist Church of Daytona Beach, Florida, in 1934. In 1938 Francis E. Loomis, son of Pastor Herbert F. Loomis, received his license to practice Mortuary Science and in 1941 established Loomis Funeral Home of Winter Garden, FL.
