Mr. Willis G. Carter

Willis G. Carter, 74, of Apopka, Florida, passed away December 04, 2016. Mr. Carter was born August 29, 1942 in Orlando, FL. He was a Warehouse Mechanic. Mr. Carter is preceded in death by his sister Betty Carter. He is survived by his loving wife Sybel Ann Carter of Apopka; daughters Rebecca Scanlon of Apopka, Sharon Meadows of Mt. Dora, Janice Kousky of TN and Brenda Carter of Apopka; siblings Curtis Carter and Jackie Carter both of Groveland; 7 grandchildren; 1 great grandchild.
