Betty J. Kelly, 92, of Casselberry, Florida, passed away March 26, 2018. She was born May 28, 1925 in Jacksonville, Florida. Mrs. Kelly is survived by her loving husband Olin C. Kelly and daughter Kimberly J. Kelly.
