Betty R. Rabon
Betty was a nurse for twenty seven years. Her first love of the job was Neonatal ICU where she worked for many years. She also served and worked in many other areas of medical care during her career, she was a natural for these responsibilities.
Betty loved life and above all, other people. She had a quick, dazzling smile and a warm hug for anyone fortunate enough to know her. Her capacity for caring and compassion knew no bounds and she was always kind, generous and loving.
She was a wonderful Mother to her four sons, Chuck, Paul, Brian and Nathan, a special Grandmother to Ginger, Shelby, Colton, Avery, Ammie, Anna, Amanda and Cassie. She was also the proud Great Grandmother of Lacy.
Betty was born sixth of eight children. Her Parents, son Chuck and five Siblings have preceded her in death. She leaves behind her sisters, Alice and Annece, many Cousins, Nieces, Nephews and close Friends, including her Dog Park Family, Church Family, Zellwood Station Family and precious puppy Bill.
She was exceptional in so many areas of her life, her passing leaves a great void which cannot be filled. TO KNOW BETTY WAS TO LOVE HER.
