BETTY SUE SMALLWOOD, 70, of Tavares, passed away Thursday, July 18, 2013. She was born May 09, 1943 in Careyville, FL and moved to Central Florida in 1949 from DeLeon Springs. She was the Manager of Wekiva Marina for 10 years. Mrs. Smallwood was preceded in death by her first husband, Francis Ronald Gandy; second husband, Charles David Smallwood; daughter, Deborah Kay Sutherland; son, Charles David Smallwood, Jr. Mrs. Smallwood is survived by her daughter, Karen Woodham; son, Ronald Frank Gandy; 3 sisters, 6 brothers, 9 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
