Carmen L. Novoa, 69, of Apopka, passed away Saturday, October 19, 2013. She was born March 15, 1944 in Puerto Rico. Mrs. Novoa is survived by her loving husband, Jose Novoa; sons, Jose Anthonio Novoa and Daniel Novoa; daughter, Maritza Novoa; brothers, Frank Burgos, Ralph Burgos and Wilberto Burgos; sisters, Blanca Rodriguez and Evelyn Burgos; 7 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
