Born at the Orlando Navy base, she is a true Floridian. She went to colonial high school and finished her schooling at Southern College, earning an associates degree as an executive secretary.
Her hobbies included riding the motorcycle, boating, having drinks with friends, & trips to nowhere with her husband.
She was beloved by all. she loved her family and friends. Her smile and personality would light up any room she walked into whether it was home, work or out with friends. She was the life of the party. Her work family could always count on a “good morning sunshine” whenever they saw her.

She loved her grandchildren and was always ready to hold her babies whenever she could. The thoughtfulness that she put into every birthday, family or friend gathering shows how she was the best parts of us. she will be sorely missed.
This heritage started 67 years ago with Pastor Herbert F. Loomis, who founded the First Baptist Church of Daytona Beach, Florida, in 1934. In 1938 Francis E. Loomis, son of Pastor Herbert F. Loomis, received his license to practice Mortuary Science and in 1941 established Loomis Funeral Home of Winter Garden, FL.

Cheryl was my dearest friend of 27 years I was so lucky to have met her my husband Mike life long best friend of Bill We had wonderful times together at Car Shows Turkey Rod runs at Daytona Speedway and Spring fling car shows at Daytona .Many cookouts together. And many Birthday parties.Cheryl was such a beautiful and caring person.
